Terms and Conditions of Release

1. CONSENT TO RECORDING: The Guest hereby consents to the recording, filming, and distribution of their voice, performance, and likeness as part of the media program entitled The Star River Podcast (the "Program").

2. OWNERSHIP: Guest acknowledges that Eric Loyd (the "Podcaster"), doing business as AstropotaMedia and The Astropotamus, is the sole owner of all rights to the Program and the recordings thereof. Podcaster has the unfettered right to use, edit, exploit, and distribute the Program and Guest's performance - including the Guest's name, biographical sketch, and photograph - in any and all media or formats, throughout the universe, in perpetuity.

3. MATERIALS: Any materials prepared during the production or provided to the Podcaster by Guest (the "Materials") remain the property of the Podcaster. This includes audio, video, photographs, documents, and transcriptions. Guest understands that the Podcaster is under no obligation to use or distribute the Program or Materials once recorded.

4. NO COMPENSATION: Guest understands and agrees that they shall receive no financial compensation for their participation in the Program. The primary consideration for this release is the promotional value of the appearance and the shared exchange of ideas.

5. PROMOTION & ENDORSEMENT: Guest's name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Program (social media, website, etc.), but not as an endorsement of any third-party product or service without separate written consent.

6. THE "STAR RIVER" FLOW: Guest acknowledges that the Program is a conversational journey. As such, Podcaster retains the right to edit the recording for length, clarity, and pacing while maintaining the integrity of the Guest's message.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Guest hereby releases and discharges the Podcaster from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, exhibiting, or distributing of the Program.
