BAKE HAUS- Cake Order Form 🎂

Hi! I’m Ivy, the baker behind BAKE HAUS, a small business based in Deer Park (3023).

Thank you so much for your interest in ordering a cake with me. Please take a moment to read through all the details before submitting your form.

🎂 HOW TO ORDER
Submit your order form with all required details, and I’ll be in touch via Instagram DM with an invoice.
Please Note: Your order is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
🧾 PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on pickup (cash or bank transfer).
🗓️ AVAILABILITY
To maintain quality, I take on a limited number of orders each week (maximum of 5). Bookings are first come, first served! Early confirmation is recommended to avoid missing out.
⏳ LAST-MINUTE ORDERS
Need a cake on short notice? Send me a DM by Tuesday of the same week and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).
