The Lineup Slice Shop is an opportunity for chefs to learn the art of pizza making by partnering with an established shop in NYC, and designing their own slice. The slice will be sold as part of a day long event with several other participants. This season we are partnering with Lucia Pizza and our pizza consultants at Lupe Bakehouse.
PLEASE NOTE - you must be currently employed at a restaurant to participate, and no one above the level of CDC will be considered. If you are not currently employed at a restaurant, you are not eligible to participate in the program.
The event will take place on August 8th. Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not required.
