⚠️ Rules of giveaway

Eligibility

To apply for the giveaway, you must:

1. Be 18 years or older 3. Each person / vendor can enter only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 4. Must also agree to the terms and conditions of the Market specified, failure to agree to the terms will be disqualified.

Deadlines

Application Deadline:

Sept 15 - Sept 30, 2026 11:59pm Prize: The prize includes the base fee for one (1) table only. For the Oct 17 Market
It does not cover add‑ons such as electricity, additional tables, chairs, or any other optional or required vendor fees. The selected artist/vendor is responsible for all such additional costs.

5. Fill out the giveaway form with the required information

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on the quality of their entries, not by chance. The judging process is as follows:

Eligibility check – After the entry deadline, all submissions are reviewed to ensure they meet the contest rules. Ineligible entries are removed before judging.

Judging criteria – Entries are scored against predefined criteria, such as:

Creativity and originality

Relevance to the theme

Technical execution / quality

Overall impact
The exact criteria and their relative importance will be outlined in the contest brief or rules.

Notification method and timing

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided in their entry form within 5 business days after the judging period ends.
