Full-Time Graphic Designer Application

We’re looking for a full-time graphic designer with a strong focus on YouTube thumbnails and performance-driven design, while also supporting landing pages, websites, and ad creatives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that design is not just about aesthetics but about results, and who is comfortable designing for attention, clarity, and conversion in fast-moving, competitive environments like YouTube.

You’ll work closely with Elliot Gherardi and the team to design high-converting YouTube thumbnails, support website, landing page, and ad design, maintain visual consistency across platforms, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.

We’re not looking for generic designers, we’re looking for someone who understands why designs work, how users behave, and how visuals directly impact growth. If you care about performance, clarity, and continuously improving your work, we’d love to see your application.
