Vendor Form

Thank you for considering carrying your products at the Chicago Quilombo Marketplace. Please  read our list of guidelines and considerations for prospective product vendors before submitting your application. Check out the FAQs section of on our website to learn more about the offerings and process.

Things to consider:

Chicago Quilombo strives to support small and emerging brands and vendors, there is some criteria that should be met by vendors looking to place their item in store:

- Products must adhere to all local, state and federal laws/regulations for their respective product type.

- Clear and well organized pricing, terms, product information and line sheets.

- All items are well made and maintain a high standard of quality.

- All items have visually appealing and thoughtful packaging and branding. 

- The brand/vendor has high quality images and marketing (website, social media, etc.) for their products.

What types of vendors or products are we looking for?

Jewelry (necklaces, chains, bracelets, earrings, rings, etc.)

Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, outwear)

Accessories ( Hats, scarves, sunglasses belts, buttons, pins, etc.)

Bags ( Totes, purses, backpacks, pouches)

Apothecary & Body (Teas, herbs, tinctures, body butters, oils, fragrances, salves, etc.)

Smell Goods (Incense, candles, oils, etc.)

Books, Stationary and Stickers

Cards ( Greeting cards, postcards, etc.)

Puzzles and games

Art (prints, posters, music CDs, etc.)

and more!

Marketplace Product Restrictions:

- Our mission is to support artists and makers and therefore, we will not consider items made with AI generated content (AI "art", AI writing and etc.)

- Books published through Amazon.

- Food and Beverages (including prepared and pre-packaged items)

- Any items that require temperature control
- Weapons of any type (knives, dagger, shuriken, guns, etc)
- Any material containing graphic, violent themes, or sexually explicit imagery
- Counterfeit items (please keep it real)
