Customer Care/Support Representative

We (Vrcyn 🇧🇪) started building in 2017, and have customers like Notion, Make, Glovo, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we’re growing fast and excited for new talent to join our team.


Responsibilities

- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Translate FAQs into content for our help center
- You'll be working 6-7 hours/day

Skills & Experience

- Experience with CRM is a plus
- Hands-on experience with no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion) is great
- Experience with customer support and support systems is an advantage
