- Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Hearty Kreation unless purchased separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hearty Kreation is not liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Lost profits

- Business interruption

- Third party software failures

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Third Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, or automation tools. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

- Terms are violated

- Payments are not made

- Communication becomes abusive or unreasonable

Termination does not waive payment obligations for completed work.
