We’re looking for a backend engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-performance systems and experimenting with modern AI capabilities.
What you’ll do:
• Design and build APIs using FastAPI and advanced Python
• Architect and implement async workflows and event-driven systems
• Work with PostgreSQL, writing efficient queries and data models
• Use ORMs to manage data access cleanly and safel
• Build and support PWAs with a backend-first mindset
• Implement robust logging, monitoring, and observability for production systems
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to ship reliable features
• Integrate Applied GenAI features into backend workflows where relevant
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration) to ensure system reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments
What we’re looking for:
• 3-5 years of hands-on backend development experience
• Expert-level FastAPI and strong Python fundamentals
• Deep understanding of async programming and concurrency
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and ORMs
• Familiarity with PWA concepts
• Strong grasp of logging, metrics, and observability
• Deep understanding of Low level design/Software Design Patterns
• Experience writing backend tests and working with CI/CD workflows
Good to have:
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployment
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native services
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience with Applied GenAI / LLM integrations (e.g., OpenAI, embeddings, RAG)
• Understanding of prompt design, model APIs, or AI-driven automation
• Exposure to AI-powered products in production environments

Salary Range: ₹15LPA to ₹25LPA depending on experience, skill and performance.
