Halifax Design Week is an in‑person pop‑up event that brings together the creative, scientific, innovative, business communities and the public for conversations, knowledge sharing, and skill transfers that help understand the past and present to build the future.
The first edition runs November 13–15, 2026, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and we are excited to invite you to take part.
We are looking for spaces in Halifax that could host part of the event. Galleries, studios, shops, workshops, lobbies, empty storefronts, community rooms. It does not need to be a traditional event space, and it does not need to be big.

You'll hear back by: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
Event dates: November 13 to 15, 2026 in Halifax, Nova Scotia
Our team reviews every space and looks at:
- Whether the size and layout suit the programming we are planning
- How accessible it is for the public
- Where it sits in relation to our other venues
- What it would cost us to use
We will not be able to use every space that is offered. Sending this form does not mean your venue is booked. We will email you either way.
You are offering a space, not signing anything. Nothing is confirmed until we agree the details together in writing.
If we use your space, we will list your venue on our website and in our program, and we will credit you as a venue partner.
Halifax Design Week does not insure work brought into your space by exhibitors, and we tell exhibitors that in writing. If your venue needs us to carry insurance, tell us below so we can sort it out early.
