We’re looking for a Product Designer who can execute clean, modern design work across Figma, web UI, and visual assets. You’ll work on landing pages, widgets, dashboard screens, and marketing visuals, all with a premium, minimal style.
• Design UI screens and components in Figma (web + dashboard)
• Create simple web sections (layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy)
• Produce visuals for marketing: banners, social assets, simple diagrams
• Maintain design consistency (components, spacing rules, styles)
• Collaborate with dev/marketing to ship fast, clean iterations
• Deliver organized files: components, variants, naming, handoff-ready
• Weekly: 2–5 finished sections/screens (depending on complexity)
• Weekly: 6–12 marketing assets (if needed that week)
• Fast iterations: turnaround and responsiveness matter
Commissions (Performance-Based)
Commissions can be tied to outcomes like:
• Landing page improvements that increase conversions
• Shipping priority product designs on time (milestone bonuses)
• High-performing marketing creatives (campaign-based bonus)
Commission structure is defined per project/campaign and scales with impact.
• Strong Figma and Webflow skills (components, auto-layout, clean systems)
• Web design taste (modern, minimal, conversion-focused)
• Basic understanding of responsive design
• Portfolio required (Figma or live links)
• Ability to execute quickly without losing quality
• Fully remote, flexible schedule
