Start-up Exchange Lab (SEL) is a founder-led, in-person working session for startup founders. It’s designed to solve real, current startup problems through peer exchange (instead of panels / passive networking). The Exchange Lab hosts live working sessions founder questions around fundraising, GTM, hiring, sales, product, team dynamics etc.
This is for you if you are:
- A founder or co-founder of an operating startup (MVP or beyond)
- Actively building, fundraising, selling, or hiring
- Willing to both ask for help and share what you’ve learned
This is not for:
- Idea-stage projects with no execution yet
- Service providers looking to sell
- People looking for passive networking
You'll bring:
- 1 Ask: a real problem you’re currently stuck on
- 1 Give: a lesson, tool suggestion, intro, or tactic that’s worked for you
The session is structured around small-group exchanges and collective problem-solving.
You’ll Leave With:
- At least one concrete solution or next step
- New founder connections based on real collaboration
- Access to a closed, curated founder community for future sessions & events (including investor clinic, mentorship pool etc.)
