In BC not every address works for a clinic — whether you're planning to operate from home or out of a commercial unit. Before you commit to a location, we'll check what's publicly available — municipal zoning records and permitted use classifications.
The result isn't always a simple yes or no. Some locations are permitted but come with conditions — things like client visit limits, on-site capacity, business hours, parking requirements, or signage restrictions. We'll include anything relevant we find.
If the address is in a strata or privately managed building, internal building rules aren't publicly accessible and won't be covered in this review. We'll flag that so you know what to follow up on yourself.
You'll receive a summary within 24 hours.
