Registration Form

Some Information before registering

1. Early Registration fees (Bank transfer before September 15th):

1. (Non-student) Author (International): 350 EUR

2. Student Author (International): 175 EUR

3. (Non-student) Author (Tunisia): 350 TND

4. Student Author (Tunisia): 175 TND

5. Non-author attendee (International): 300 EUR

6. Non-author attendee (Tunisia): 300 TND

7. Invited guest (speaker, chair, sponsor, SMU...): Free of charge

2. Late Registration fees (Bank transfer after September 15th or cash on-site):

1. (Non-student) Author (International): 450 EUR

2. Student Author (International): 300 EUR

3. (Non-student) Author (Tunisia): 450 TND

4. Student Author (Tunisia): 300 TND

5. Non-author attendee (International): 350 EUR

6. Non-author attendee (Tunisia): 350 TND

7. Invited guest (speaker, chair, sponsor, SMU...): Free of charge

For students, a student ID is required.

For locals, you have to register using a Tunisian university email.

For invited guests, you will have to upload your invitation letter, which you can request from icfset@medtech.tn.

For authors, you will need to fill out and submit a copyright form for every paper you are registering. You can find the copyright form here.

Abstracts (oral or poster) do not count as papers. Please do not register as an author.

3. The registration fees above include:

- Publication of one accepted paper (for author registrations)

- Lunches and coffee breaks at the conference venue

Important note: Each accepted paper has to be covered by an author registration to be published. One author registration at the price indicated above will cover the publication of one accepted paper. Each additional paper associated with the same author registration will be subject to an additional mandatory publication fee of 100 EUR (100 TND for Tunisia).

Only register as author if you wish to cover the publications fees of one or more papers with your registration, otherwise you can register as attendee. Your exact registration fee will be worked out depending on your answers in this form.

Only one author per paper has to register as an author to cover the publication fees of that paper. Other authors of an already registered paper should register as attendees.

4. Payment methods:

1. Cash or by credit card at the conference registration desk

2. Bank transfer

If you choose to pay by transfer, you will have to wire your registration fee to this bank account and to upload your transfer confirmation:
