Associate Marriage & Family Therapist — Yuba City (hybrid)

SAVE Family Foundation is looking for a compassionate, driven Associate Marriage & Family Therapist to join our growing clinical team in Yuba City. If you're passionate about integrative care and want to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families, we want to hear from you.

SAVE Family Foundation is a Sacramento and Yuba City-based nonprofit dedicated to mental health and well-being for individuals, families, and communities. We believe healing happens when care meets people where they are, in their communities and in their clinics. In this role, you'll be embedded in partnering community clinic settings, working alongside healthcare teams to deliver whole-person mental health support.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Yuba City office.

What you'll do

- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy at assigned clinic placement site(s) - Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop culturally informed treatment plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams within clinic settings - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and legal standards - Participate in regular individual and group clinical supervision to accumulate hours toward BBS licensure - Engage with SAVE's broader programming, training opportunities, and community events

What we're looking for

- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited program - Genuine interest in integrative care and community health settings - Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work within multidisciplinary teams - Culturally responsive approach to working with diverse populations - Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation $45/hr (W-2, full-time) Paid clinical supervision ($25/hr)
