Waiver and Policies

Payment Policy:

Monthly tuition of $150 is due on the first Friday of each month and can be paid via credit card invoice or ClassWallet.

Cancellation Policy:

Written cancellation notice by email must be provided 14 days in advance of the next billing period.

Liability Waiver:

By submitting this form I acknowledge that Lotus Creative Healing is a creative arts program and not a licensed therapy or childcare facility. I give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities and understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure their safety. I agree to assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
