Hi, I'm Monica!

I'm a futures trader, entrepreneur, performance coach, wife, dog mom, co-founder of Liquidity Cartel, and the woman behind @killzonequeen_.

And despite what my Instagram may occasionally suggest, I do not wake up every morning as a perfectly optimized manifestation princess who has her entire fucking life figured out. 😂

I have huge goals. I want the beautiful life. I want more freedom, more success, more experiences, an incredible marriage, businesses I'm proud of, a body I feel amazing in, financial growth, and a life that keeps getting bigger as I do.

I'm also still building it.

I still have insecurities. I've fallen out of routines. I've made bad decisions. I've changed my mind about what I want. I've had to confront patterns in myself I didn't particularly enjoy finding.

Trading was one of the first places I realized I couldn't bullshit my way around any of it.

The market has an incredible way of exposing the person behind the decision. It forced me to confront my discipline, patience, emotional control, confidence, self-trust, relationship with uncertainty, and ability to execute when something real was on the line.

Eventually I realized: Why the fuck would we only apply those lessons to a chart?

The same woman learning to lead herself in trading is building a career, a business, relationships, a body, financial independence, boundaries, confidence, skills, and an entire life outside of it.

That's where BUILD HER started.

I didn't want to create another space where a woman who appears to have reached the finish line tells everyone else how to become exactly like her.

I'm building her too.

I want us to be able to romanticize the shit out of our futures, set enormous goals, want the money, freedom, body, relationship, career, business, and beautiful life, while also being honest about what the construction process actually looks like.

We don't have to become perfect before we begin. But we do have to build.

BUILD HER is the next evolution of what we're creating inside The Syndicate: a space for women to work on Life by Design, Self-Mastery, and Performance, alongside other ambitious women who are building lives that may look completely different but are asking the same question:
