Keep in mind: Your Open Claw agents can do a lot. If you have someone local you trust who can run errands, take your kids around, make meals, etc., consider letting Open Claw be the "brain" and do everything including managing that person. Your Chief of Staff will likely be Claude 4.6 level - don't underestimate what it can do. Within a year, it will be your full-time financial advisor, portfolio analyst, bookkeeper, and file your taxes for you.

Next: channels. If you have several projects, consider using Slack or Discord, where you can have many different conversations with your AI specialist team. You'll mostly speak with your Chief of Staff, but you may want to see all the progress playing out in the channels, rather than get reports.
