European Sleeper Claim Form

Did you arrive at your destination at least 60 minutes late with our European Sleeper train? If so, please fill out this form within 3 months of your trip to request a partial refund of your ticket. Note: You will not receive a refund if you were informed in advance of a changed timetable with a longer travel time. However, you will receive a refund if you experience a delay on the changed timetable.

For 60-119 minutes you receive 25% refund and for more than 120 minutes you receive 50% refund. Please fill out a new form for each delayed trip. Note: you can only request a refund for our European Sleeper train. No further information is required. We can check the delay in our information system.

How does the compensation work?

If you booked via our website www.europeansleeper.eu: After we have checked and approved your request, your refund will be automatically transferred within 4 weeks to the bank account or credit card with which you purchased the tickets.

If you purchased the tickets through an external party, including Omio, Green City Trip, NMBS, or other providers, we will check whether the refund will be processed by us or by the external party. We will send you a confirmation about this.
