Submit a session | Global DPI Summit 2027

Ahead of the 2027 Global DPI Summit in Bali, Indonesia, (March 22-25), we invite you to help shape the conversations that will define the future of digital transformation worldwide.

The summit brings together 1,200+ leaders from 90+ countries to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in digital public infrastructure. We're taking a collaborative approach by inviting our global community to propose consultative sessions that reflect diverse perspectives, innovative solutions, and emerging priorities.

We're looking for proposals that

• Address real-world challenges: Share practical solutions, case studies, or lessons learned from DPI implementations

• Foster cross-sector dialogue: Bring together government, private sector, civil society, and academia perspectives • Connect to the Summit’s themes: Show how your session ties to one or more of the Summit themes

• Encourage active participation: Use an interactive formats and session designs, such as lightning talks that lead into discussion and dialogue

We welcome at most 3 submissions per organization.

Session format

• All sessions submitted through this form will be considered for the summit's main agenda. They will be open to all attendees. Attendance may vary, but organizers should expect sessions to run between 40-80 attendees. Even sessions that anticipate large numbers of attendees should incorporate a dialogue-based component. • We encourage partners to submit joint proposals with several organizations. Summit organizers may reach out to several submitting organizations to encourage them to collaborate on overlapping session ideas.

• Private sessions will be reserved for our sponsors and will be run through our side events process. Please reach out to sponsorship@globaldpisummit.org for more info on a private side event.

Please avoid panels in your submissions. Panels will be apportioned through a separate process.

The proposals will be evaluated based on - • Relevance to current DPI challenges and opportunities

• Potential for actionable outcomes and follow-up initiatives

• Innovation in format or approach

• Geographic and demographic representation

• Alignment with summit themes and participant interests
