True CNA Connect is a caregiver referral network operated by True Heart Training GA. We connect CNA and PCA candidates with employment opportunities. Submission of this request does not guarantee candidate availability, referral, placement, or hiring.
Employers are responsible for interviewing candidates and independently completing all required screening, credential verification, background checks, reference checks, and hiring procedures.
Referral services are subject to applicable agreements and applicable law.
TRUE CNA CONNECT REFERRAL FEES
CNA Referral Fee: $250 per candidate referral
PCA Referral Fee: $150 per candidate referral
REFERRAL PAYMENT PROCESS
When True CNA Connect identifies a candidate who is interested in the employer’s specific opportunity and the employer confirms that they would like to receive the candidate’s referral information, True CNA Connect will issue an invoice for the applicable referral fee.
The referral fee is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid in full before the candidate’s identifying contact information is released to the requesting employer.
Candidate identifying information will not be released until payment has been received and confirmed.
The referral fee is for the referral and connection service and is not contingent upon whether the employer ultimately hires the candidate.
Each candidate referral is treated as a separate referral and may be invoiced separately.
REFERRAL PROCESS
1. Employer submits a CNA/PCA candidate request.
2. True CNA Connect reviews the request and identifies a potential candidate.
3. True CNA Connect confirms that the candidate is interested in the specific opportunity.
4. Employer is notified that a candidate is available for referral.
5. True CNA Connect issues an invoice for the applicable referral fee.
6. Employer pays the invoice.
7. After payment is confirmed, True CNA Connect releases the candidate’s authorized referral information to the employer.
8. The employer conducts its own interview, screening, credential verification, background check, reference check, and hiring process.
