This questionnaire is the basis for admission to Swiss Precision Suppliers. The same document is used for every company, whether applying as a Founding Member or later. Questions marked with * are required; a listing cannot be published without them.
You may answer free-text questions in German, French, Italian, or English. SPS writes the listing in English and sends it to you for review before publication.
Every answer is labelled on the listing as verified, spot-checked, or self-declared. Where we ask for a certificate copy, it is used for verification only and is not published.
