Bobbi Ambassador Scheme

Bobbi is cycle-informed fitness for women. We help women train with their bodies, not against them, movement that actually accounts for how you feel week to week. We launched in 2026, we're growing across the UK, and we're building the first ever cohort of campus ambassadors to help us do it.
We have two roles available:

Campus Ambassador

This isn't a brand rep role. It's a community-building role. You'd be the person who makes Bobbi real at your university, running events, building relationships with societies and local studios, creating content, and growing a community of women who actually want to be there.
What you'd do:
Lead or contribute to a small campus team. Run at least one event a month (where possible) from freshers stalls to society workshops to monthly socials. Reach out to sports clubs, women's societies and local fitness spaces to build partnerships. Create content that feels like you, not a corporate campaign. Drive downloads via your personal referral code, which is how we track your impact (from December onwards).
What you get:
* Free Advanced membership from day one.
* A branded starter pack.
* Milestone gift cards — £10–15 when your community hits 25 referrals, £25 at 50.
* A LinkedIn certificate from Bobbi and a personal endorsement from Saffron, our founder, when you hit your milestones.
* Monthly check-ins directly with Saffron.
* Early access to everything we build next.
* And if you're the top ambassador, a £100 prize or a paid consultancy day with the Bobbi team.
Beyond the tangibles: A CV line that actually means something (founding cohort of a women's health startup), real skills in event planning, community building and partnerships, and a founder relationship that's genuine, not a monthly newsletter from a brand manager you've never met.
Who we're looking for:
A student who already moves, already cares about how her body feels, and wants to be part of something from the beginning. You don't need a big following or experience in marketing. You need to care about the mission and be someone other women want to be around.

Social Media Ambassador

We are not looking for a big following. We are looking for the right one.
If you already talk about training, energy, how your body feels across the month, then you already understand what Bobbi is about. We want to work with women who get it, because their audience will too.
What you'd do:
Create content that feels natural to you; day-in-the-life posts using the app, honest check-ins about training across your cycle, product placement when it fits, event coverage when you come to Bobbi events. We're not prescriptive about format or frequency. We care that it's genuine.
You'd have a personal referral code (from December) to share with your audience, which is how we track your impact.
What you get:
* Free Advanced membership.
* Free product for content — water bottle, branded merch. Commission on your first 10–50 sign-ups via your code.
* Milestone gift cards — £10–15 when you hits 25 referrals, £25 at 50.
* Invites to Bobbi events, which you can post about.
* Reposts on the Bobbi page.
* And as the brand grows, paid content opportunities (that's not where we are yet, but it's where we're going, and we'd rather build those relationships early with people we trust).
Beyond the tangibles: content that writes itself (the cycle-informed angle is genuinely underserved and your audience will have questions), association with a growing women's health brand before it's everywhere, and direct access to Saffron as a founder, useful if you're building your own brand and want to be around people doing the same.
Who we're looking for
Women based in the UK, broadly 18–30, who create content in the fitness, health or wellbeing space, or who just talk about their life honestly and happen to train. Micro-creators welcome. No minimum follower count. We care about engagement and authenticity, not numbers.
