Thank you for taking the time to contribute to development of Hesse Rural Health’s Strategic Plan 2027–2030.

This survey is designed to gather community and consumer views on future priorities, opportunities and challenges. Your feedback will help inform the strategic planning process and will be considered alongside community forums, stakeholder interviews, data analysis and document review.

This survey should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

Please note that consultation is intended to gather perspectives, insights and ideas to inform strategic thinking and decision-making. Final decisions regarding the Strategic Plan remain the responsibility of the Board.

The following questions will help us understand whether we are hearing from a broad range of people across the Hesse community (Golden Plains, Surfcoast and Colac Otway Shires).
