Founder’s Office – Growth Associate: Role + Short Form

What You'll Do

This role sits right at the heart of what we're building. No two days will look the same, and that's kind of the point.

Sales: You'll find and connect with pet parents, understand what they need, and help them find the right fit with Zubo, sometimes over WhatsApp, sometimes at their doorstep.

Partnerships: You'll work with groomers, trainers, vets, and other service providers to build relationships that work well for everyone. You'll also stay closely involved with our walker team to help things run smoothly day-to-day.
Operations: You're the kind of person who likes things to make sense. Schedules, trackers, dashboards, onboarding checklists, payment follow-ups. If a process doesn't exist yet, you'll help create it. If something could work better, you'll flag it and fix it.

Customer Support: Pet parents trust us with someone they deeply love. When something goes wrong (missed walk, a medical concern), you'll be the calm, reassuring voice that steps in and sees it through. You'll coordinate across the team until the situation is fully resolved and the parent feels taken care of.

Everything Else: At this stage, we're still early. That means some days you might be helping with a marketing push, doing a partner visit, or jumping into field ops. We don't expect you to have all the answers -- just the willingness to figure things out and get things done.

A few things worth knowing:

--> You'll be working alongside our Growth Lead (your manager), Operations Associate, Marketing Associate, Tech Lead, and the Founders. --> Our office is in HSR Layout, Bengaluru --> You'll need a bike or car to get around Bengaluru. We cover fuel expenses. --> Kannada is a big plus. Strong written and spoken English is essential. --> This role begins as a 3-month contract. If it's a great fit on both sides, it moves to a full-time role with benefits.
