Parking: Vendors are required to arrange suitable parking outside of the venue car park on event days to ensure sufficient parking is available for attendees. Any vendor found using the venue car park will be asked to leave the event immediately and will be refused from all future events.
Stall Space & Venue Rules:
Stall spaces will be allocated by the organisers based on layout, availability, and event flow. You must remain within your allocated stall space at all times.
Vendors must bring their own tables. Chairs available upon request.
Vendors must not tape, pin, stick, or affix any materials to walls, floors, doors, or any surfaces within the venue.
Please keep your area clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
At the end of each day, your space must be left clear of all rubbish.
Completing this form does not guarantee a stall.
If your application is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Your stall is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
