Thank you for your interest in a commission with comme elle.

Each piece is created within a limited number of slots and treated as a unique artwork, shaped within my artistic universe.

Commissions are carried out on dolls provided by the client. The doll itself is not included and must be sent to the atelier before work begins.

Three commission tiers are available, each offering a different level of customization and artistic direction :

• Tailored : base stripping, portrait sculpting, face & eyelids painting, custom eyechips — 195€
• Curated : base stripping, portrait sculpting, face & eyelids painting, custom eyechips, developed and refined through the comme elle artistic direction — 180€
• Refined : base stripping, face & eyelids painting, custom eyechips — 90€

Each commission is developed as a slow, detail-led process, with close attention to expression, balance, and character.

Terms of creation

All pieces are created within the comme elle atelier as unique, handmade artworks.

Each commission begins once an application has been accepted and payment confirmed. The doll must be shipped within 2 weeks of confirmation and payment. If the doll is not dispatched within this period, the atelier reserves the right to consider the commission abandoned, cancel the order without refund, and release the production slot to another client. Any extension must be requested in advance and approved in writing by the atelier. Full shipping details are provided upon confirmation.

The client provides the doll (head only, without eyechips), securely prepared for transit. The original packaging will be reused for the return shipment.

All costs related to shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the client. The atelier cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage occurring during transit, whether to or from the atelier, including handling by postal services or third parties.

Shipping is €9.50 within France, €45 for international orders, and €80 for the USA.

The creation time is approximately 3 months from the moment the doll is received at the atelier. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Each work is entirely handmade. Subtle variations, textures, and imperfections are an inherent part of the artistic process and should be embraced as part of the uniqueness of the piece. These are not considered defects.

All commissions are final. No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once payment has been received. Once the creation process has begun, no revisions or modifications are possible. The client is responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate prior to confirmation.
