About LoopGTM: we are a Done-With-You GTM accelerator that helps B2B companies build GTM engines they own forever - not rent from agencies month to month. We co-build Clay workflows, email campaigns, and demand generation systems alongside our clients so they walk away with full ownership of their GTM infrastructure. Founded by two former agency operators and founders who saw what breaks at scale. We're a lean, fast-moving team at $25K MRR with a clear path to 20+ clients in 2026. Our clients span SaaS, recruiting, and nearshoring - and we work with them hands-on through 90-day sprints.
About the role: as a Junior GTM Engineer, you'll build Clay workflows, launch outbound campaigns, and support client delivery from day one. This means writing enrichment logic, structuring data, QA'ing campaigns before they go live, and troubleshooting when things break. You'll work directly with both founders and get exposure to multiple clients and industries. We're looking for someone who already knows Clay, understands how GTM outbound works, and can figure things out without constant direction. This isn't a training program - it's a fast track to becoming a senior GTM engineer if you're willing to put in the reps.
