We are currently seeking Cold Callers for a performance-oriented sales role. This position involves making a high volume of outbound calls, introducing services to prospects, and confidently handling objections.

This is not just a calling role — it is a results-focused sales position best suited for individuals who are comfortable speaking with prospects, staying motivated through rejection, and working toward performance targets.


Work Schedule & Campaign Assignment

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Weekends Off

Agents may be assigned to different campaigns depending on business needs, including Voice Activation, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Applicants must be flexible, as some campaigns may occasionally require overtime (paid).

Compensation Structure

Manila Marketing Group has implemented a pay structure designed to reward individuals who consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and determination.

$3/hour base pay + $15 commission per closed deal. No cap on how much you can earn!

All new hires will undergo a 2-month probationary period: 1. During probation, compensation is base/hourly pay only (no commission yet) 2. This period is designed to help you learn the process, build consistency, and adapt to the campaign with proper guidance and support
We encourage applicants not to view this as a limitation but as a foundation phase in which we invest in your success. Our goal is long-term retention, and we prioritize individuals who are committed to improving and performing consistently. Upon successful completion of probation: You will unlock commission eligibility and full benefits, including performance incentives.
Additional performance incentives may also be given to agents who exceed targets after completing the probation period. This is not fixed and is randomly given/announced.

All other benefits (paid breaks, sick leave, and token rewards) added on top of these changes will be discussed further if you move forward to orientation.

Advancement to higher campaign tiers with different pay rates may be available depending on campaign assignment and operational needs.

Cold Calling role is best suited for individuals who believe in performance-based earnings and want to maximize their results.
