Event Waiver
Race entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, withdrawal, or disqualification. Transfers of registration are not permitted.
The race will proceed rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the race organizers reserve the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the event for safety reasons without refund or credit.
By registering, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of mountain biking, including the risk of injury, equipment damage, or unforeseen accidents. Participants agree to ride at their own risk and to wear proper safety gear, including a helmet, at all times.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless the race organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, damage, or loss sustained during the event. Participants certify they are in good health and capable of participating.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their equipment is in safe, working condition. Any unsportsmanlike behavior, rule violations, or unsafe conduct may result in disqualification.
By participating, participants grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in promotional materials, photos, or videos related to the event.
By completing registration, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
