Here's how it works: fill out this application (about 3 minutes), and I'll review it to make sure we're a good fit and there are no conflicts. Once you're cleared, you'll get your engagement agreement to sign, then setup begins. Pricing is a one-time $349 setup fee** (that covers the research and your status memo) plus $249/year to keep everything monitored and filed, with a yearly check-in call built in. If your business operates in more than one state or needs extra licenses, we'll add those at $75 setup and $50/year each — but I'll confirm all of that with you before anything's charged. Actual government filing fees are billed at cost, only when something's due, and only after you approve it.
This application doesn't create an attorney-client relationship or hire the firm for anything. That happens only once we've both signed an engagement agreement.

Note: An LLC or corporation can be taxed as an S corp, but an S corp isn't a legal entity type. Choose the underlying type of entity (LLC or corporation) that your entity is registered as even if taxed as an S corp.
