Terms & Conditions of Exhibition Participation: We will aim to hold both a virtual and physical (in person) art exhibition.
To ensure the logistical success of our physical gallery space and to foster the in-person community we are building, all participating artists must agree to the following terms regarding art transportation and event attendance.
In-Person Attendance: If your artwork is selected for the physical exhibition, you are strictly required to attend the exhibition in London on the designated opening day. This event is fundamentally about the gathering of our community.
Artwork Transportation: Artists are entirely responsible for bringing their own physical artwork to the gallery venue.
Drop-Off and Collection: The logistical coordination, financial costs, and execution of dropping off your artwork before the exhibition, and collecting it afterward, remain the sole responsibility of the artist. ANNA cannot provide shipping, courier services, or long-term storage solutions.
