You may choose:
WAIT — Keep your original item and receive it once its production/fulfillment batch is ready. (And receive 50% of remaining order value in store credit)
REFUND — Receive repayment for the outstanding value of your item. Refunds may be completed through scheduled partial payments.
SWITCH — Replace your missing item with an item that we have on hand ready to ship. (Can select any item, value will be deducted from total order cost)
If you have more than one item missing, you may choose a different resolution for each one.
Our first review will be completed by October 5th, we will contact you on October 7th with a confirmed resolution window for your outstanding item(s).
