You'd be the second AI engineer on the team, working directly with Luis (AI Lead) and Valdo (CTO). You'd own the AI layer, not maintain it.

We have millions of real merchant-customer conversations, orders, and product data sitting there waiting to be learned from. And we need to design the multi-agent architecture that makes everything work across channels.

You've shipped LLM-powered features that real users depend on. You know RAG breaks in production in ways it never does in demos. You care about evals, not vibes. You have opinions and you move fast.
Strong Python, hands-on experience with agents and multi-agent systems, and fluency with the modern LLM stack (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source). Fine-tuning and eCommerce background are a plus.
