At Milton Keynes Muslim Forum (MKMF), we are collecting anonymous feedback on the main local issues residents want election candidates to address in their ward.

This survey is about local ward issues only. We are NOT asking for your name, address, postcode, email address, or phone number.

Please do NOT include personal details in any written response.

Responses will be reviewed and used only in aggregated ward-level form to help raise local concerns with election candidates.
