I'm Nina Bajkovic — a Counsellor, psychotherapist under s., and someone building something I believe will matter.
Alongside my private practice, I'm creating a transformation program rooted in Transactional Analysis and trauma-informed work. A brand. A product ecosystem. Eventually, a team.
That team starts here.
I'm not looking for people who need a job. I'm looking for people who read this and feel something click — who can even now see the shape of what I'm building and want to be part of making it real.

The roles I'm hiring for are demanding. You'll work closely with me. Standards are high, ambiguity is real, and there's no manual yet. What there is: clarity on direction, room to shape how we get there, and the kind of work that actually means something.
