payment is due according to the terms presented when your appointment is booked or at the time of service.

accepted payment methods

LETMIBEAUTY accepts the payment methods made available at the time of booking or service.

please make sure you are prepared to complete payment when your service is finished.

additional charges

additional services, upgrades, repairs, removals, or other services requested during an appointment may result in an additional charge.

you will be informed of applicable additional charges before they are added whenever reasonably possible.

booking fees & deposits

if a booking fee or deposit is required, the applicable terms will be presented before the appointment is confirmed.

booking fees and deposits may be subject to the cancellation and no-show policies listed on this website.

refunds

all sales and services are final.

LETMIBEAUTY has a strict no-refund policy. all payments, deposits, and completed services are non-refundable. the $30 deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your appointment.

once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued.

if you experience a retention issue, such as lifting or premature breakage, please contact LETMIBEAUTY within 72 hours of your appointment. eligible concerns may qualify for a repair in accordance with our Nail Repair & Retention Policy.
