Welcome to the studio.

This acknowledgment establishes the general expectations, payment policies, attendance requirements, and participation standards that apply to students receiving lessons, coaching, classes, or other educational services through the studio.

ENROLLMENT

By enrolling, I understand that I am participating in professional instruction, coaching, classes, lessons, and/or related educational services.

My specific services, lesson frequency, session length, tuition or rate, schedule, and payment arrangement may be communicated separately through an invoice, payment page, scheduling system, email, enrollment confirmation, or other written communication.

Instruction may be provided in person, virtually, or through a combination of formats.

PAYMENT & BILLING

I understand that I am financially responsible for the services I schedule, purchase, receive, or enroll in according to the payment terms provided to me.

Depending on my enrollment arrangement, payment may be collected through invoices, advance payments, lesson-by-lesson payments, packages, recurring subscriptions, or authorized automatic payments.

I understand that payments and invoices are due according to the terms communicated to me.

If required payment is not received, the studio may immediately pause lessons, classes, coaching, scheduling privileges, or other services until my account is brought current.

A paused or discontinued enrollment does not eliminate legitimate outstanding balances or charges already incurred.

Any special payment arrangement must be approved by the studio and should not be assumed without written confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

The studio requires at least 24 hours' notice when I need to cancel or request to reschedule a scheduled session.

Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to instructor and studio availability.

Appointments missed without the required notice may be considered no-shows and charged at the full scheduled rate.

A missed appointment does not automatically create a credit, refund, or replacement session.

LATE ARRIVALS

I am responsible for arriving or logging in on time.

Arriving late does not automatically extend my scheduled session. The lesson may still end at its originally scheduled time, and the full scheduled charge may still apply.

STUDIO SCHEDULE CHANGES

I understand that an instructor or the studio may occasionally need to cancel, move, or reschedule a session because of illness, emergencies, professional obligations, scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or other circumstances.

The studio will make reasonable efforts to communicate these changes and provide an appropriate alternative when applicable.

VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION

For online instruction, I am responsible for having a functioning internet connection, an appropriate device, and a suitable environment for participation.

Technical difficulties on my side may reduce the instructional time available and do not automatically extend the scheduled session.

STUDENT PARTICIPATION

I understand that my progress depends on factors including attendance, preparation, practice, consistency, participation, individual ability, and implementation of instruction.

Instruction and coaching may include direct feedback, corrections, exercises, repetition, artistic experimentation, and constructive critique.

I am encouraged to communicate with my instructor if an exercise, vocal activity, physical activity, performance direction, or other instructional request causes discomfort or concern.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Students are expected to communicate and participate respectfully.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive behavior, seriously disruptive conduct, or other conduct that interferes with a safe and productive learning environment may result in suspension or termination of participation.

RESULTS

Instruction, coaching, training, and participation do not guarantee any particular artistic, educational, casting, audition, employment, career, financial, or performance outcome.

Students remain responsible for their own artistic, educational, career, audition, employment, and professional decisions.

REFUNDS & ENDING ENROLLMENT

Payments are generally nonrefundable once properly charged or earned, except when otherwise agreed to by the studio or required by applicable law.

Ending participation does not automatically create a refund, eliminate an outstanding balance, or cancel charges that were properly incurred before enrollment ended.

The studio may pause or discontinue services because of nonpayment, repeated attendance issues, inappropriate conduct, significant violations of studio expectations, or circumstances that make continued instruction impractical.

COMMUNICATION

I am responsible for maintaining accurate contact and billing information and reviewing important scheduling, payment, enrollment, and studio communications sent to me.

I agree to communicate scheduling or payment concerns as promptly as reasonably possible.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed this Student Enrollment & Studio Acknowledgment.

I understand and agree to the policies governing my enrollment, including the studio's policies regarding payment and billing, outstanding balances, cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, lateness, refunds, professional conduct, scheduling, participation, and termination of services.

I understand that my specific rate, services, schedule, and billing arrangement may be established separately through invoices, payment records, enrollment communications, or other written documentation.
