Ramadan Quran & Adhan Contest

Assalam Alaikum Parents, Jazakom Allah khair for registering your child to participate in the Ramadan Quran and Adhan Contest at Bilal Masjid.
Date/Time: Saturday, March, 14th at 2pm
Location: Bilal Masjid (4115 SW 160th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97007)
Please fill out the following form to register your child for the event. If you would like to register multiple children, please submit the form separately for each child.
This information will help us ensure a safe and meaningful experience for all participants.
IMPORTANT: Your child can participate in ONLY one age group for the Quran competition. You may pick your child's actual age group or an older age group, but not both. For the chosen age group, the child can memorize either one or both of the surahs.
