Executive / Operations Assistant - Home Services Company

(Position open to candidates in LATAM, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Pakistan, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Latvia)

We’re hiring a high-caliber to support a fast-scaling, multi-state home services company operating in a high-volume sales and operations environment.

This is — and it is not a strategy-setting leadership position.

You’ll work directly with the owner and department managers to remove friction, drive follow-through, increase visibility, and ensure execution happens across sales, marketing, and operations.

We’re looking for someone highly organized, structured, and proactive — someone who anticipates needs, follows up persistently, communicates clearly in English, flags issues early, and operates independently without constant direction.

This role requires speed, discipline, and ownership. If you need to be reminded to follow up, this is not for you.

Experience supporting a founder, working in high-volume sales environments, or familiarity with CRM systems is strongly preferred.
