Meeting Information

First meeting: Monday, September 28, 2026
Ongoing schedule: Second and fourth Mondays of each month
Time: 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: There is no fee to participate.

Participants will need to purchase a copy of The Purple Book on Amazon.

Each gathering will begin with nervous system regulation led by Maria. We will then meet together as men and women to review and discuss the chapter before separating into groups, with Maria leading the women and Brian leading the men.
