Regularly $139 when booked separately - save $39 when you bundle.

We’ll return next spring to activate your irrigation system, check each zone for operation and nozzle coverage, document any recommended repairs, and program your controller with an appropriate starting schedule for Northern Colorado conditions.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We schedule sprinkler blowouts in geographically optimized routes and will generally provide at least 72 hours’ notice of your scheduled service day.

If your assigned service day does not work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your service. There is no fee to move your reservation to another available service day.

If you choose to cancel your reservation, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service day may instead be subject to a $49 scheduling fee.

During periods of rapidly changing weather or approaching freezing temperatures, shorter-notice service may be offered. Customers will not be subject to a cancellation or scheduling fee if adequate advance notice of the service day cannot be provided.

Customers are responsible for providing access to the irrigation system on the scheduled service day. If service cannot be completed due to inaccessible equipment, locked gates, pets, or other access restrictions, a return-trip fee may apply.
