Registration Form "A Shield for Those Who Save: How Local Experience Shapes New Duty of Care Standards in Global Crisis Contexts"

Humanitarian workers and volunteers are often the first to respond and the last to leave. In Ukraine, local and national personnel continue to deliver life-saving assistance in some of the world’s most challenging and dangerous conditions.

This Ukrainian-led event will bring together international partners, donors and representatives of National Reference Groups to discuss how local experience can inform stronger and more effective global Duty of Care standards.

The event will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, hear perspectives from crisis-affected contexts and explore how practical solutions developed in Ukraine can contribute to systemic change and the protection of humanitarian personnel worldwide.

The discussion will be held in an interactive format.
