We only collect the data you explicitly provide in our forms:
• For Students: Full name, age, email, school name, city, country, messaging app preference, and phone number/username.
• For Parents (Optional): Full name, email, and phone number.
• For Collaborators: Full name, organization, email, and your specific partnership or mentoring proposal.
We use this information strictly for administrative and operational purposes:
• To organize students into appropriate time-zone lecture groups.
• To send dynamic calendar updates, lecture links, and program announcements.
• To communicate registration status and process certificates.
• To evaluate and respond to collaboration, mentoring, or volunteering proposals.
• Secure Infrastructure: Your data is collected via Tally.so (a European company fully compliant with GDPR) and stored on secure cloud servers located within the European Union (Germany).
• Access Control: Centralized data synced to Google Sheets is restricted exclusively to the core administrative team of Aerotech Academy via secure two-factor authentication (2FA). We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
For any applicant under the age of 16, parental consent is strictly required during the application process. Parents retain full rights to inspect, modify, or request the deletion of their child's records at any time.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you or request its immediate deletion from our database. To exercise these rights, please contact us directly via email.
