Poulina Inventory Support Pilot Application
Grow your business with more inventory — without receiving a cash loan.
Poulina helps existing small businesses access additional inventory for products they already sell. If approved, Poulina purchases approved inventory directly from a verified supplier. You sell through your existing business and repay Poulina as sales occur. Successful completion of an inventory cycle can help you qualify for review for larger inventory amounts in the future.
Important: Poulina does not give applicants cash under this pilot. Application does not guarantee approval. Estimated completion time: 7–10 minutes.
If your application progresses, are you willing to complete identity verification?
*
For your security, do not enter your full BVN or NIN anywhere in this application. If identity verification is required later, Poulina will provide separate instructions.

6. How the Poulina Pilot Works
Poulina provides inventory, not cash.
If approved, Poulina purchases agreed products from a verified supplier. You sell the products to your customers and you decide your own selling prices.
Under the current pilot structure, 80% of each sale from Poulina-supported inventory is remitted toward your Poulina inventory balance and 20% remains available to you. This continues until the agreed Poulina amount for that batch has been fully paid.
Suppose Poulina purchases ₦100,000 of inventory for your business and the agreed amount to be returned to Poulina for that batch is ₦110,000 (a ₦10,000 Poulina charge).
If you make a ₦10,000 sale:
• ₦8,000 → toward Poulina
• ₦2,000 → remains available to you
If total sales reach ₦50,000, ₦40,000 would be due toward Poulina and ₦10,000 would remain available to you. The Poulina balance would then be ₦70,000.
What if you sell for more?
You determine your selling prices. If the entire batch is eventually sold for ₦160,000, Poulina is still entitled only to the agreed ₦110,000 for that batch. Once that amount has been fully satisfied, Poulina does not continue taking 80% for that completed batch. In this example, ₦50,000 remains for you.
Successful repayment can help you access more inventory
Completing your Poulina inventory cycle successfully helps build your track record. Over time, a business may be reviewed for larger inventory limits, for example:
₦100,000 → ₦150,000 → ₦250,000 → ₦400,000 → ₦650,000 → ₦1,000,000+
Higher limits are not automatic or guaranteed. Poulina may consider repayment history, sales performance, inventory management, record quality and compliance.
