PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The creative self is the essence of who we are as expressive beings. How are self-confidence, self-discovery, self-reliance, self-compassion and self-care aspects of your creative practice? How do you nurture your creative self? This form accepts 200-1200 characters; spaces are included in the character count.

IMAGES

Upload up to 8 images, such as a portrait, artwork, workspace or other details of your creative practice. Files should be saved as a jpg at least 6 inches wide at 300dpi (bigger is better for print purposes), saved with your full name so that it matches exactly the name you've entered above. No composite images or watermarks. No digital renderings. No AI-generated or AI-assisted imagery.
