I confirm my tow vehicle is registered, insured, and suitable to tow the hired trailer, including required braking capacity. I accept responsibility for the trailer during the hire period.

I acknowledge that Connolly Compact Works is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of the hired equipment.

I acknowledge that if I do not purchase the optional $45 excess waiver, I am liable for the full $5,000 insurance excess in the event of loss, damage, or theft. If the waiver is selected, my excess is reduced to $0
