We are seeking a proactive Legal Intake Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to manage inbound inquiries and convert potential clients into signed cases. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in capturing case information, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth intake experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates with empathy and professionalism, and can efficiently guide prospective clients through the intake process while supporting attorneys with accurate case information.
