SkillShikshya is looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Intern who enjoys talking to people and helping students find the right learning opportunities. You will support our outreach and support team by communicating with prospective students, answering queries, and guiding them about our training programs. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in communication, sales, student engagement, and EdTech outreach.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

◉ Make outbound calls to prospective students and introduce SkillShikshya’s programs.

◉ Respond to student inquiries through calls, messages, and emails.

◉ Clearly explain course details, schedules, and enrollment processes.

◉ Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

◉ Support lead follow-up and help convert interest into enrollments.

◉ Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication with students.

◉ Should be camera friendly to create contents.

💻 Must-Have Skills & Mindset:

◉ Good communication skills and confidence while speaking on calls.

◉ Friendly, patient, and professional approach to conversations.

◉ Ability to listen carefully and respond to student queries clearly.

◉ Basic knowledge of using phones, messaging apps, and spreadsheets.

◉ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
