Booking Form: Tattia Tattoos

Hello! I'm Tia, I am a self and community taught Jr machine tattoo artist based in 'Vancouver BC', originally from the UK.
♡ I provide an inclusive, affirming and body-positive space where all identities are welcome and celebrated.
I am currently taking bookings at the beautiful eco-conscious space Mycelium Tattoo Studio in 'Vancouver BC'.
I am a flash only artist. Available designs are shown within the highlights on my Instagram page. Please note that if a design is showing as 'non-repeatable' it means I will only tattoo this once, however the majority of my designs are repeatable up to 2-4 times.
I take minor design alterations into consideration, don't be shy - just ask!
My minimum charge is currently set at $170CAD (I usually give discounts if multiple tattoos are booked within one session. I also post deals on my Instagram, keep an eye out!) If you have any budget limitations please let me know and I can see if we can work something out. When I respond to your booking request, please be prepared to send a non-refundable deposit of $50CAD-$100CAD - this goes towards the final cost of your tattoo and is required to secure your appointment!
I’m certified in Bloodborne Pathogen Safety and maintain exceptionally high standards in sanitation practices. I usually wear a mask whilst I tattoo as a preference. If you'd like to wear a mask to your appointment you are welcome to, but it is not currently required.
A reminder that tattoos may fade over time or require touch-ups; results cannot be guaranteed. Future touch-ups are free, as long as you have properly looked after your tattoo.
